So the cleanse was a big old failure. I made it through two-thirds of Day 2 and threw in the towel. I was hungry, cranky, and didn't feel well, convinced that I was "detoxing" and my body was revolting with the input of all this frickin' spinach. So fuck. What to do now? I've really got to get a handle on my eating. I want and need to lose weight: for health reasons, so I can have a baby, so I feel better physically and emotionally. Is hibernating an option?
