I've decided to weigh myself once a week, on Sundays, and so I peed, blew my nose, and kicked off my slippers (need all the help I can get, you know?) and supposedly I have lost 6 pounds. I don't think so. Yes, I have been more careful about my eating this week but not 6 pounds worth. Oh scale, you little tease you.
